I met Laura earlier in the year as a bridesmaid at her mum and dads wedding. She is an international entertainer and her latest venture is a Rihanna tribute act. She came in last night for her Rihanna makeover and we ended up doing a full photo shoot, we even pimped her look with some Kawai nails and a massive Mareband. She was made up!

Back in May we picked three winners from the competition on Light Night. However when we rang one of the girls to tell her that her and her sister had both won, we spoke to her mum and decided that it should be a family affair and they all should come. They have recently lost their dad/husband and have been through a lot.
We also had lots of nominations for mums, so we picked Shiela Rigby as the super mum who needed pampering.
Giving the Golden Tickets away has been such a great experience for us all. It’s such a nice feeling to know we’ve made these women feel special and I know that that will last even once they washed the makeup off.

I went down to London on Thursday to do Rebecca Fergusons makeup for The Glamour Awards. It was really strange working so far away from my comfort zone at Peaches, and I was really nervous to see the photos from the red carpet as my makeover was going head to head with Kim Kardashian!!!

We all went to see Take That in Manchester on Sunday minus Baby Peach who is sunning herself in Dubai.

I met Delia aka. Scratch back in May. Her boyfriend lives in Liverpool and she found the shop when walking back from the gym. To say I’m glad she found it is an understatement. She fell in love with the shop and was eager to show me the Kawaii nails she does on her iPhone. She is such a talented lady. She’s been back at the shop this week and has gone down a treat with the clients. I’m so excited to wear mine which she custom painted to go with my new head band from Enola in Quiggins.
