At long last we are launching our own range of intense eyeshadow pigments and we’ve decided to name them after Penny Sweets! The first four we have released are a frosty Baby Pink- Strawberry Shrimp, a bright yellow- Sherbet Lemon, a vivid purple- Parma Violet and a vibrant Lime green- Jelly Bean, they are great to layer under our new range of Baby Glitters aswell as wear alone, as seen on Rosie and Polly in the ‘Pimp my Dress’ photoshoots.
Over the next few weeks we will be expanding the range to includes loads more of amazing must have shades so keep your eye on The Peaches Blog for all your hot of the press peachy updates!

Many clients come into the shop asking and wanting Fish-plaits, Rope plaits
in there amazing hair ups , but people are unsure on how to get them or
where to get them from! Well girls we are pleased to announce you can now purchase them instore or online on the online shop!
These are the price of all the plaits:
The Chunky Fish-plait hair bands are : £12.00
Normal Large Plaits : £5.00
Robe Plaits : £5.00
The plaits come in ash blonde, copper blonde, bleach blonde, natural blonde, natural blonde low lights, light brown, copper, light brown highlights, chestnut brown highlights, chocolate brown and off black! Darker shades will be available soon!

We our launching our new range of pastel coloured glitters for Spring. There are 13 cute candy colours including Lemon, Mint green, Baby Blue, Lilac and of course Peach! We have decided to name the glitters after Peaches favourite babies.
The range includes: Baby Ruby, Baby Rosie, Baby Daisy, Baby Millie, Baby Tallulah, Baby Kitty, Baby Minnie, Baby Tilly, Baby Millie, Baby Lola, Baby Harper, Baby Blue Ivy and last but not least Baby Peach!
In between pimping dresses and making bands I am hoping to get some makeovers and a video tutorial using these shades online this week!

We’ve recruited a few new workers at the Mareband factory this week! The washing lines are full of new stock, including our new Pink and Green Range inspired by Rosies hair! All available to buy online for £10.

All the Marebands are handmade by me and my mum Mary. Each one is made from a mixture of vibrant fabrics and this week I decided to experiment with metallic fabrics in a mixture of colours. Perfect to go with the NEW Lilac Foil Barry M Nail Varnish we got instock this week that I didn’t even know Nic had ordered! Thats The Peaches physic powers for you!

Me and Mum have been so busy making loads of NEW Marebands for the shop that we’ve run out of space to display them!!!! So this week I set The Peaches a creative challenge to create a head of an iconic character for our Peaches Hall of Fame, that can be used for displaying the marebands.
The heads have caused a storm on twitter and facebook today, with people trying to guess who they are? Mine inparticular, the one with the red hair. I chose to do Patricia Field, the Sex in the City stylist. I went to her shop in New York around 6 years ago and have been inspired by her style ever since. In my opinion she is the most stylish New Yorker, however I don’t know how she’d feel about being mistaken for Pete Burns ( hopefully flattered, his makeup is to die for!!!!) I think it’s the fact I painted her in the same cool style she designed her own limited edition of Coca Cola bottles.
The others seemed a lot easier to guess thanks to the artistic skills of the girls. Polly created Jessie J, Rosie created Kat Von D, Lizzie created Marge Simpson ( using a full bag of cotton wool balls sprayed blue) and Little Katie created Gaga who we joked looks a little like Gladys the painting Phoebe made for Rachael in Friends!!!! Ha . Nic has decided to make hers into Avatar in memory of her legendary Peaches & Scream Halloween makeover, she’s been too busy to finish it though so watch this space for The Re-Birth of Avatar next week!

I’ve had such a hectic day at the shop, but can’t quite figure out what I’ve been up to ???? Firstly I directed an amazing ( even if I do say so myself) photo shoot of the girls donning the new bands me and mare made yesterday! I’m just really gutted I couldn’t get them online in time for tonight. That said have a browse through the pics and bagsy what one you want as I’m sure the first batch will sell out quick. They will all be available to buy online tommorrow.

This week Big Mare has been hard at work making her new Marebands to get us all out of the winter blues! She has created the most gorgeous new creations, really bright and vibrant colours. The new hairbands are great for Spring events such as the races or weddings, the perfect accessory! Our smiley model Kharyce gave us a helping hand in showcasing the new designs!

I’m really happy the new stickers for the glitter pots have finally arrived, hope everyone likes the design.

At Peaches we love to experiment with new styles of doing things! Thankfully last weekend it wasn’t too manic so I had time to get creative with afew of my clients esp. Devon who is always up for trying new things.
Im loving flicking my smokes out to the side rather than taking the black up into the socket.
To create this look you need: Vanilla Pigment by Mac, Mac Eyeshadows Carbon and Mulch, Illamasqua black eyeliner, Peaches Number 27 eyelashes, Peaches Glitters in Delia and Mary and a glitter fixing gel!
