17 September 12.
I've known Tasha since we were both teenagers so it was lovely to be asked to do her wedding hair and makeup! A self confessed perfectionist it was no suprise that she booked the VIPeaches all day package, and a good job too considering there wasn't a cloud in sight all day - hense me going through a full compact of blot powder to ensure her and her guests looked peachy perfect all day!
At Tash's makeup trial we decided to go for a fresh girlie look. I used Mac vanilla pigment on the lid blended into a soft pink and a touch of brown in the socket. I kept the upper and under liner really thin, using just a couple of individual lashes on the outer corner of the eyes. This created a glamourous yet very natural look. After creating a light flawless base of Lancome Colour Ideal liquid foundation, powdered with Mac Blot powder , I used a generous amount of Mac Pink Swoon Blusher to create Tasha's signature girlie look.
On the day it was an early start for me and Nic, who together had all of the bridesmaids, mother of the bride and of course the brides ,hair and makeup finished by 10.30am! I stayed on and had a lovely day with them all at Peckforton castle in Cheshire where I met Neil their fantastic photographer! We've since worked together on a number of weddings over the summer and I can highly reccommend his company www.lancashireweddings.com if your on the hunt for a wedding photographer!
Enjoy the pics.
