29 September 15.
Today it was time to call on a 'old' face to model some of our upcoming products that will be launching later this year just in time for Christmas. Ironically that 'old' face just happens to belong to my gorge sister in law Cath who never seems to age and still looks the same as when my brother first invited her round at the age of 14! She's been my makeup guinea pig for the last 12 years and has to be my favourite model .... whether I'm covering her in latex or glitter she will always still manage an effortless smile for the camera once I'm done!
For this look I wanted to keep the eyes really simple. To highlight the brow bone I use a mixture of Peaches Luna pigment and Peaches Halo Pigment ( Out Soon). Halo Pigment is a cool toned highlighter in contrast to her much warmer big sister Peaches ' Pearl'. We decided to launch Halo with clients starting to opt for a more nude toned highlight in wake of the 'strobing' trend. I then blended a wash of Peaches Willow Pigment ( a matt nude) onto of the lid and under the lower lashes, smudging Peaches Soul ( a matt dark brown) into the upper and lower lash line to create a very soft eyeliner. To finish this I used a set of Peaches ultra natural strip lashes layered with a few individuals on the outer corners.
Then it was time to showcase some of the NEW Face products we are also due to launch in November.... ( wait till you see the packaging! EEEEEKK!) I applied Nars Sheer Glow Foundation in shade Sante Fe followed by:
Peaches Cream Contour- a soft cream bronzer, one shade suits a wide range of skin tones. Use on top of foundation to create a contoured base.
Peaches Setting Powder- completely colourless, one shade suits all, absorbs oil, reduces shine, creates a long lasting base.
Peaches Sculpting Bronzer- we will be launching 3 tones of powder bronzer, 2 matt and 1 shimmer. They all create a healthy glow and can be used to add definition to your face.
Peaches Halo Pigment- our New highlighter best for light to medium skin tones. We will be releasing Halo as a loose pigment and as a pressed powder making it easy to apply highlighter on the go. Halo also looks amazing when you mix it with Peaches Pearl pigment.
For the lips I used Mac Whirl Lipliner and a lipgloss shade from The Peaches Nudie Lipgloss range ( also out soon) called Suede- a deep nudie pink.
Hopefully this has got you all as excited as we our about the upcoming Peaches Product launches. Keep your eyes on the blog to find out the official launch dates!
