Delivery cost for all UK orders is £4.50. Your Peaches goodies will be sent out via Royal Mail 48 tracked on the next working day of the online shop which is open Monday to Friday. This will take 2 days to arrive Orders over the value of £80 are sent out Special Delivery for next working day.

At Peaches customer satisfaction is very important to us so if you are not happy with your purchase we have a 14 day return policy. We are happy to offer you a refund biding that the item returned is unused and in its original condition. Order delivery charges are only refundable if the item is faulty/the order was wrong.
Returning the parcel is the responsibility of the customer and therefore we would recommend getting recorded delivery in the event that the parcel may become lost in transit. The cost of the returned parcel is also down to the customer. Due to EU hygiene regulations we can't refund, replace or exchange makeup/ hair pieces returned in non-saleable condition.

We would leave a 7 day wait time for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return via Stripe / Paypal we will inform you by email. For Paypal refunds it states that it takes 3-5 days for the money to appear back in your bank and for card refunds we would also leave 1-10 days to clear through the bank.
In the case of a faulty item please email us at email@example.com . Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases we will refund the postage costs.
We understand when purchasing our weaves and ponytails over the internet it may be difficult to choose the correct shade without seeing them in person.
We will be happy to offer a refund for the price of the product if returned
- with the invoice and return slip that came with the parcel
- within 14 days of the purchase
- unused, in net with no trace of being worn (this will include if the weave is not looked after when being tried in.)
We don’t offer an exchange service via ordering over the internet. If you find you have ordered the wrong shade simply send the unwanted product back to the salon to receive a refund then replace your order. Refunds can take 2-5 days to go back into your bank/Paypal account.

When purchasing your pony/weave please check if it has any drawstrings to tie a knot at the end of the elastic to prevent the elastic becoming lost within the net as this is not a fault with the product therefore will not be exchanged in this case.
