Peaches & Cream uses a wide range of professional beauty products, cosmetics and skincare treatments which may contain ingredients capable of causing allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities or previous adverse reactions before your appointment.

If you have any allergies, sensitivities, medical concerns, or are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, you must contact us via our salon WhatsApp before attending your appointment.

While every reasonable precaution is taken to use professional products safely and hygienically, Peaches & Cream cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or guarantee that a reaction will not occur.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Peaches & Cream shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction, irritation or adverse response where relevant information has not been disclosed prior to treatment.

Any client under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for theduration of their appointment, class or event unless otherwise agreed in writing by Peaches & Cream.

For children's pamper parties, makeup classes, beauty lessons, appointments or any other services involving a person under 16 years of age, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they give permission for the child to participate.

The parent or legal guardian understands that activities may include (but are not limited to):

• Makeup application
• Basic skincare
• Beauty demonstrations

By allowing the child to participate, the parent or legal guardian voluntarily accepts these risks and agrees to release, waive and hold harmless Peaches & Cream, its owner and staff from liability for any injury, loss, damage or claim arising from participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for informing Peaches & Cream of any allergies,medical conditions, skin sensitivities or product restrictions relating to the child before the appointment or event.

Although every reasonable precaution is taken, Peaches & Cream cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or guarantee that products will not cause an unexpected reaction.

By proceeding with the booking, the parent or legal guardian accepts these risks and agrees that Peaches & Cream shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects where relevant information has not been disclosed prior to the appointment.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding:

• Allergies
• Medical conditions
• Pregnancy (where applicable)
• Skin conditions
• Current medications that may affect treatment
• Any other information relevant to the service being provided

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability and may increase the risk of adverse reactions.

Peaches & Cream reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if it is believed that proceeding may compromise the health, safety or wellbeing of the client or staff.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaches & Cream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, personal injury or damage arising from treatments where clients have failed to disclose relevant medical information,
allergies or contraindications.

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

• You understand the nature of the treatment or service being provided.
• You understand the risks associated with beauty treatments and cosmetic products.

if you have any concerns, questions or require clarification.
• Where booking on behalf of a person under the age of 16, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.

Proceeding with your booking constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of all of the
above Terms & Conditions.
