Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed and shipped the next working day.
Tracking will be available by 5PM (GMT) on the day your order is sent.
Standard orders placed after 12PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Standard Delivery (48hr Tracked):

Expect your order in 2–3 working days.
Orders placed after 12PM Friday are dispatched on Monday.

DPD Next Day Delivery:
Order before 2PM Monday–Thursday or 11AM Friday for next working day delivery.

International Delivery
Delivery times range from 4–12 days, depending on your destination.

Customs & Import Fees:
Peaches & Cream is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged upon delivery.
All shipping fees we charge will be shown clearly at checkout, along with the delivery service used.
You may be liable to pay import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. These are applied once the parcel has reached its destination country, and you will be responsible to pay them. For more information about this you would need to contact your local customs office. 

🇪🇺 Eurozone - We are members of the IOSS Scheme, VAT is collected at checkout for all orders under €150.00 only, this will mean limited delays at customs but additional duty charges may apply.

International delivery times vary by destination (usually 4–12 days).
Full tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Where is my order?

You’ll receive full tracking details by email or SMS on the day your order is shipped — and you can track your parcel right up to delivery.
Please note: Tracking details will only be sent if you provide an email address at checkout.

If your order hasn’t arrived or there’s an issue with tracking, we recommend:
Contacting Royal Mail / DPD (for UK orders) or your local delivery service (for international orders) once the parcel has entered your country.

All our orders are sent fully tracked and will be delivered on the first attempt, either to your door, a safe place, or a neighbour. We will consider the item delivered when this has been done and your tracking has been updated to state delivered. 

If you claim to not have your order when it has been stated as delivered or it has arrived damaged we will investigate, this can take up to 14 days. Once the investigation has been completed we will let you know the outcome. If we confirm delivery of your item by providing supporting evidence such as GPS coordinates, photo evidence or verbal confirmation of delivery then we may not resend the item or refund the order. 

Do you accept returns ?

Yes - we offer a 14-day return policy. Only items that are unused, unopened, and in a re-sellable condition can be refunded.


Due to hygiene regulations, used or opened makeup cannot be refunded or replaced.
Customers are responsible for return costs.

We strongly recommend using tracked or recorded delivery, as we can't process refunds for items lost in transit.

There is a problem with my order what can I do?

Please complete our Customer Support Form and a member of our Customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Support hours : Monday–Friday, 07:30 – 15:30
We aim to respond within 24 hours during business hours.

Can i make a change to my order / delivery address?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed, as we begin processing it straight away.

Please double-check all details before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at post@fabulousmakeup.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to help — although changes may not always be possible.

Please note: Peaches & Cream is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses if the information provided at checkout was inaccurate and we were unable to amend it in time.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations aren’t always possible. Please contact us immediately at post@fabulousmakeup.co.uk and we’ll try our best to assist.

Can I use a discount code?

We currently do not offer discount codes, student discounts, or similar promotions. Instead, many of our bundles are already heavily discounted, so everyone can enjoy great savings without needing a code!

Peaches & Cream is proudly cruelty-free.
All our makeup brushes are crafted from advanced synthetic fibres. Our eyelashes combine ethically sourced human hair with high-quality synthetic fibres. Plus, we offer a wide range of biodegradable glitter for a more eco-friendly sparkle.
