Please note these are the delivery times that Royal Mail advises however we are not responsible for external factors that may effect this. The number of days refers to working days Monday-Friday. 

Please Note: Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. 

Duties & Taxes

You may be liable to pay import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. These are applied once the parcel has reached its destination country, and you will be responsible to pay them.  We have no control over these charges and they must be paid in order to receive your goods. For more information about this you would need to contact your local customs office. 

If you refuse to pay these charges then your order will be sent back to us however you will still be responsible for these charges, the original shipping cost and the cost of the return shipping. These will all be deducted from you refund. 

Currency Conversion

All Prices listed on our website are GBP (£). Your banking provider will determine the exchange rate you will pay. You can use an online convertor to check the daily exchange rate to give you an estimation of the cost. You can also select to pay in USD, AUD, EUR,CAD, NZD however additional charges will incur to make this currency exchange. 

Returns Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy. If you receive your goods and are not happy please email .
We will refund/replace items that are returned unused and in a re-sellable condition.

Due to our hygiene regulations we can't refund, replace or exchange makeup returned in non-saleable condition.
Returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer so you must return them by recorded delivery ( if you return something and it gets lost we will not be able to process your exchange / refund). Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases we will refund the postage costs.

Once we have received the goods, they will be checked by our quality control team. Our customer service team will then email you to process the return.We would leave a 7 day wait time for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return we will inform you by email. For Paypal refunds it states that it takes 3-5 days for the money to appear back in your account. For card refunds we would also allow up to 10 days to receive the money back in your bank.
