PC09 Eyebrow Groomer

PC09 is a short angled brush that is ideal for sculpting brows but can also be used for applying eyeliner.

With its stiff bristles, PC09 is a double ended brush with an angled tip on one side and a spoolie on the other. The spoolie is ideal for combing brows and lashes into place. 

Our brushes have long, wooden handles, a metal ferrule, and are made from luxury synthetic fibres, making them cruelty free.

Each Brush comes packaged in single cellophane hygiene sleeve with no outer packaging.
