You can use our eyeliners in the conventional way either inside or outside the waterline. However they also look amazing worn as a base underneath your pigments. Apply a thick line of pencil above the lashes then pack your favourite pigment onto using the PC14 Smudger Brush. 

We recommend using Mermaze or Fangulous onto of the Tutankhamun pencil.
